Hi, I'm Sam Taylor
The Nurture Project came about from my own experience with anxiety. I had anxiety all my life but it got worse when I became a mother. Eventually the anxiety, as it so often does, led to depression. I tried everything from medication to counselling to acupuncture but nothing worked.
During a very dark time with depression, I realised that what I had been doing to manage my anxiety and depression wasn’t working. I thought that there must be another way. So I began to research everything I could find on anxiety and how to heal it. I put everything I learnt into practice on myself. And it worked, I got better.
I retrained as a nutritionist, personal trainer and meditation teacher and eventually founded a health and wellness studio in Melbourne. I specialised in helping women who were experiencing anxiety. Using the same skills that are in this program, they got better too.
I understand how hard it can be to have anxiety and how isolating it can feel. For me, The Nurture Project is an opportunity to support and help as many women as I can. I know it’s possible because I have done it myself and seen the transformation in many other women. All you need are the right tools, in an encouraging environment and great changes can happen.
As women and especially mothers, we often put ourselves last. It’s so important to (re)learn what our needs are: mind, body and soul and ensure they are met. That’s also a part of our focus here at The Nurture Project; helping you to realise that you are enough, your dreams matter and that it’s your turn.

Yes! You will receive a tailored exercise program depending on your current activity level. As long as you can walk, you will be able to complete the exercise component. All exercise programs have been developed by a personal trainer.
No prior meditation experience is necessary. We provide guided meditations for absolute beginners and well as more advanced meditations for those who have a bit more experience.
Yes, absolutely! You can choose from the following nutrition options: vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten free and dairy free.
