Emergency meditation for panic or anxiety attacks
This meditation will guide you out of a panic or anxiety attack. By coming back to your immediate surroundings, dropping into your body and allowing yourself to feel safe, this practice helps you to breathe again.
Although you may feel in danger because of the anxiety – and it is normal to feel panic when you feel that you are in danger – you are not in any danger and you will come to no harm.
The panic you are experiencing is not going to hurt you. Anxiety will not harm you.
This too shall pass.
