How do I know if I’m meditating? What is it meant to feel like?
I often get asked these questions. I think it’s asked in the context of “how do I know if I’m doing it right?”.
As I’ve covered in the beginners course, meditation is not about “getting it right”or clearing your mind of all thought but rather it is sustained thought over time (on a particular object, for example your breath) and for me it’s also a shift that takes place in your mind from thinking and controlling, to observing; accepting what is and letting go, or surrender mindset.
